This afternoon, I had another fun time with these bunch of ladies for the Chiffon Art Class, this is what was served during " break time', glad they love the fluffy and light texture of the cake.

Chiffon Class
I had so much fun last friday with the ladies at CSC club, it was a fun filled afternoon
First of all, I demo how to do the Yummy Pandan Chiffon cake and orange chiffon and highlighting the most important part of Chiffon making and that is to whipped the egg whites to its right consistency.
I am really impressed when the ladies can achieved and baked such beautiful, high and fluffy soft chiffon cake!! Some of them told me it was their first attempt and I really saluted them as I admired their fluffy, soft Chiffon cake =)
We were really busy in class thus we did not managed to captured any pics but it was really a fun session as we shared the cake in class, chit chatting and went woooo and ahhh for each tray of cakes that came out from the oven. It was a success and amazing session in class =)

Last week, I decided to use Anna's receipes to make some yummy cookies cake for my friends and I am so glad that they love the taste and texture of this chewy treats. I enjoyed the whole process too as I had so much fun preparing and colouring the royal icing.

Fondant Cupcakes
Do you love making Pretty Ribbons where u can eat it too?
I made those bows last week and I had fun decorating them and eating them too haha
They are delicious and uses simple ingredient such as marshmallows!! Marshmallows can be used for BBQ, treats for kids and now use to make honemade fondant!! how good is that??
I Heart Macarons
I Heart macarons!!!
Ever since I started my research on them ages ago, I never stop drooling over them!!
Though the base ( ground almond) are pretty much the same, the fillings in them can be versatile and filled with surprises. These little gems are not difficult to make, all you need are a pinch of patience and voila!!! You will get those macarons with pretty frilly skirts as treats for your love ones.
Once, I have baked sooo much macarons in a day that I have lost count of the trays that went in and out of the oven and all of them are wiped out within secs, Thank god that I have " secretly" kept a few of those frilly gems in my box where I can enjoy it in my own cosy corner of the room haha. And the next day, I baked more for myself again, they are really addictive!!!
