Two Tier Cake Class ( Fully Hands on)

2 tier cake is lavish to have at any wedding, birthday or celebrations. It is also a piece of art to all. Now I will be teaching this pretty 2 tier cake on 15th May 2010 (Sat) and I will showing all how to bake their own moist marbled butter cake, which goes so well with Cream cheese icing, its defintely worth a Thumbs Up

All students would be doing their own Hands-on decorating in class, decorating techniques would also be taught in class :

(i) Demo on cake baking and cream cheese icing
(ii) Torting and filling cakes
(iii) Crumbcoating and covering with rolled fondant
(iv) Stacked construction method
(v) Decorating with fondant or royal icing

Note : Kindly note that this is a FULL HANDS ON class therefore, we will limit the number of students in class so as to ensure the class would fully benefit from the techiques taught. Last date of registration 30th April 2010. Thank You.

Opheliatreats is offering this Edible Designer Handbag Class just for the month of April.

All of you will be sculpting and recreating your favourite handbag, a unique fashion gift for your best friend, daughter and mum!!

We will start by baking our all times favourite, Golden butter pound cake, sculpt it, recreate it and voila, you get your own self created edible designer handbag!

Please note that this is a FULLY HANDS ON session so get ready to learn all the tricks and techinuqes of handling fondant and creating your own handbag cake
